At Jinora Rugs, we strive to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including shipments to countries outside the United States.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
After an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

There are no additional handling fees, processing fees, or hidden charges.
Carriers & Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Customers can track their shipment by:
- Checking the shipping confirmation email sent after dispatch.
- Logging into their account and viewing order details, if an account was created during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.
Restricted Shipping Areas
We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- International destinations outside the United States.
- Any region or address where delivery services are unavailable or restricted by the carrier.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- National holidays and peak shipping periods
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Supply chain or operational delays
If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updates using the contact information associated with your purchase.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with substantial shipping-related damage, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date so that we can investigate and assist with a resolution.
Local Pickup & Alternative Delivery Options
At this time, we do not offer:
- In-store pickup
- Local delivery services
- Same-day delivery
